What we collect
Your name, email address and payment details (handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number), the VOD links or files you send us, and any notes you give us about your layout. If you join the newsletter, we store your email address with our newsletter provider.
How we use it
Only to make and deliver your clips, run billing, answer support requests, and send the newsletter if you signed up. We don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Clip Studio, such as Stripe for payments, our hosting and email providers, and cloud tools used to transcribe and process video. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We delete downloaded VODs and working files within 30 days of delivery. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any email, and you can ask us to access or delete your data by emailing [email protected].
