The service
Clip Studio turns stream VODs you send us into short, captioned vertical clips. We aim to deliver within 24 hours of receiving a working VOD link or file. Clip counts per stream depend on your plan.
Your content
You must own the content you send or have permission to use it, including any music, gameplay or other people who appear. You keep all rights to your VODs and to the clips we make from them. You give us a limited permission to download, process and edit your VODs only to make and deliver your clips. We do not post clips anywhere on your behalf, and we won't use your clips in our own marketing without your written permission.
Payments and cancellations
Payments are processed by Stripe. The trial is a one-time charge. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Unused streams don't roll over. If we can't deliver clips for a paid stream, contact us and we'll redo the work or refund that stream.
Acceptable use
We won't edit content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights, and we may refund and decline those orders.
Limits
The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't responsible for how platforms like TikTok, YouTube or Instagram treat clips you post.
